TITAN Performance is a strength & conditioning based sports performance training business. The business is operated by strength & conditioning coach Gavin Stone. The goal of TITAN is to bridge the gap between strength & conditioning services available to professional athletes, and the training completed by athletes at semi-professional and amateur level.
TITAN will prepare individual athletes and teams to maximise their performance on the sporting field. TITAN takes a holistic approach, with services in Strength & Conditioning, Boxing, Russian Kettlebell and Endurance Sport. TITAN seeks to work with the coach and the athletes, to inturn create a functional relationship. Programming will depend entirely on the sports specific needs of the athlete. Services are available to athletes of any sport, age, and playing level.
